Return and Complaint Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g. by email or using a return form).

A refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product or proof of its return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused and in its original condition,

  • it should be returned in its original packaging (if applicable),

  • proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation) must be included.

3. Complaints (Defective or Non-Conforming Product)

If the product is found to be defective or non-compliant with the order, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable laws.

To submit a complaint, please contact us via email or in writing and provide:

  • your full name,

  • order number,

  • description of the issue,

  • your preferred resolution (e.g. replacement, repair, refund).

Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
