Communication via Batch Capture

Batch Capture is a program supplied with Bluetooth-enabled tools, enabling two-way communication.

• The user can send torque values and repetition settings to the tool.
• Receives feedback on completed connections (status OK/NOK).
• Allows for data collection and archiving of the process.

Working with "Batch Capture" Software

• The controller can activate previously saved settings or input new ones.
• Settings can be configured for torque only or torque with angular displacement.
• Settings are sent to the tool.
• They can apply to a single measurement, repeated measurements, or a sequence of measurements.
• The software enables real-time process control.
• The operator receives messages on the tool’s display.
• A supervisor can approve or block a measurement.
• Data can be archived or printed.

Integration with Existing Data Collection Systems

• Bluetooth-enabled tools can be integrated with existing data collection systems.
• Measurement data such as torque values, angular displacement, and repetitions are automatically sent from the system to the tool.
• No additional configuration or manual input from the operator is needed.
• All data is automatically transferred from the tool to the archiving system.
